January 2012
Dear Reader:
Here we are, another new year! Have you made your resolutions? I've made two, but this year I've decided to not tell anyone what they are. I'm going to see how long I can keep them (so far, so good), and hopefully continue keeping them long after 2012 has ended. How about you? Do you make resolutions and share them?
I wish everyone a positive, healthy, prosperous 2012! Read on for news about books, blogs and giveaways...

The Zen Man book blurb
Just as washed-up criminal defense attorney, life-long Deadhead (nickname “The Zen Man”), and current PI Rick Levine decides to get relicensed as a lawyer, he’s charged with killing one and ends up in the slammer with a half-mil bail. Out on bond, Rick and his girlfriend Laura dodge bullets, trumped-up charges, and the FBI’s unwanted intervention as they track key suspects who have motive…until they have a final, deadly encounter with the surprise killer.
"I loved every word of The Zen Man!" - Delores Fossen, USA Today Bestselling Author
"Move over Sam Spade, Nick and Nora; make room for a Denver who-dun-it, Colleen Collins's The Zen Man. Brilliant and fast-paced writing. I couldn't put it down." - Donnell Ann Bell, award-winning author of The Past Came Hunting
Book Blog Tour
Back "in the day" most writers traveled to bookstores as part of a book tour, but thanks to the Internet we now have virtual book blog tours where writers and readers can convene at websites for book discussions, articles, giveaways and more. Below are my first "stops" on my virtual book blog tour for The Zen Man, with more to be added over the coming months -- click a link to read the article/interview:
